Bootcamp classes are full body, high intensity workouts designed to maximize calorie burn. Combining strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility and core exercises that change with each workout in order to keep the muscles guessing - eliminating a plateau. We work as a team to motivate and push each other making sure everyone is meeting and exceeding their fitness potential.
Tuesday 9:30-10:30 and 10:30-11:30
Thursday 9:30-10:30 and 10:30-11:30
There will be NO classes December 11, Dec 25 and 27, Jan 1 and Jan 3
